Drunk singing Bohemian Rhapsody in the back seat of police car

Outraged by the arrest, the man, visibly drunk, began to protest with police, but ended up singing an amazing version of Bohemian Rhapsody of Queen... no fooling themselves once in the letter or in rhythm. The video ended up on YouTube just three days ago and has been seen more than a 4 million times

"The Forerunner of the Apocalypse" Lyrics

The sky turns black and with it the sun
It’s getting cold
The rain changes to ice
The sky is turning sulphur now
It’s getting dark

A storm is coming and transforms the place
Into a unique landscape
All life is buried by these icy stones
No more life

So, let us walk in the fields
Hand in hand with your fears
To seize the end

We will gaze at the rocks
The icewind blows
And the hail destroys

The forerunner of the apocalypse
So close
The forerunner of the apocalypse
So close

The earth is trembling
The volcanoes are erupting
Forests are burning, the seas are raging

So, let us run to a place
A nowhere place we don’t know

Where is the life? Where is my home?
Where are the woods that I adore?

Who knows when the end is coming?

The forerunner of the apocalypse
So close
The forerunner of the apocalypse
So close

AVULSED: Riky Leaves the Band - Thrashway Fest & SWR Fest Performing Cancelled

Spanish veterans Death Metal  band AVULSED have made the following issue:

"We're sorry to communicate you that since last 20th of March, Ricardo Mena (Riky) is no longer the band's drummer. Due to differences on how to deal with different internal issues within the band, we've decided, after a reunion, that the best thing for both parts is not to continue together. No hard feelings, beyond the sadness that all this means for us all.

Due to this, we must announce the cancellation of the performance on the two upcoming festivals in April where AVULSED was going to participate: Thrashway Fest (Oviedo) and Barroselas SWR Fest (Portugal). However, there's a possibility that the last show with the current line-up with Riky might happen at Hellfest in France.

We just want to thank Riky for his eight years of total devotion and profesionalism as a musician and his friendship, that we'll keep, of course. And to wish him the best both on personal and professional on musical matters."

NATE HALL: Exclusive Track Premiere

Today Cvlt Nation is hosting an exclusive track premiere of “The Earth In One Cell” from USX mastermind NATE HALL. Following several lauded LPs released under the Neurot Recordings banner, this May the founding USX vocalist/guitarist, will release his first solo full-length entitled A Great River.

Comments Hall on the track: “’The Earth In One Cell’ has been kicking around in my brain for years before I got it right and ready to record. In a way, it was a catalyst for the whole album, because once I got it done the rest followed quickly. I used a capo on the twelfth fret of my electric guitar to get the chimey string sound. It was a natural song to start the record.”

Check out “The Earth In One Cell,” the opening track to the record, at THIS LOCATION.

Set for European release on May 7 and in North America on May 8, A Great River, which popular rock/doom portal The Obelisk crowns a “…beautiful and lush work of a songwriter beginning what will hopefully be a long journey," offers up a lush landscape of pastoral richness. Recorded in March 2011 by Travis Kammeyer at Fahrenheit Studio in Johnson City, Tennessee, the work draws from the lush musical history of America, the melancholy of Appalachia, and harnesses the “electric vacuum roar” of guitar slingers past and present.

THE DEVIL'S BLOOD Comment On Upcoming Decibel Magazine Tour

Dutch occult rockers THE DEVIL’S BLOOD are gearing up for a near month-long run of North American dates on the forthcoming Decibel Magazine Tour alongside Behemoth, Watain and In Solitude. The band will be touring in support of The Thousandfold Epicentre, released earlier this year via Metal Blade Records.
Comments founder and band leader SL: THE DEVIL'S BLOOD are proud and extremely eager to travel the New World alongside some of the world’s most dedicated metal bands. Dedicated not to some pathetic notion of ‘scene’ or ‘unity’ but to a clear, totally individual, spiritual path that although not understood by most is perhaps the most valid and urgent one available for wandering feet to travel in the twilight of the Iron Age. We share many opinions and disagree on many more, yet our offerings all speak of that great mystery which we all aspire to with passion and fury. Praise be to all those who accompany us on this particular path.”

In related news, the cover of the May 2012 issue of Decibel Magazine is devoted to the tour and offers up in-depth coverage on all four bands. For ordering info, go to THIS LOCATION.

THE DEVIL'S BLOOD is a dedication to principles and principals more ancient than Time, a branch of a tree greater than the World, an exclamation of both the profound and the profane. THE DEVIL'S BLOOD has always been one of the many vessels through which the Light of the Devil shines upon the darkness of the world and shall always be the possible entrance to a path walked alone. But only for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. This path starts not in understanding but in confusion.

FEAR FACTORY: The Industrialist Artwork And Track Listing Revealed

Additional May Tour Days Confirmed

FEAR FACTORY today reveals cover and package details for their forthcoming new album, The Industrialist. Set for North American release on June 5, The Industrialist is a conceptual record based around a story written by vocalist Burton C. Bell. Lyrics to the album’s ten songs divulge the narrative as discussed recently by Bell with Decibel Magazine. The album’s artwork was created by American designer Anthony Clarkson with additional direction from the band. The album will be available on three formats – standard CD, a limited edition deluxe digi-book (featuring two additional songs), and 180-gram double vinyl.
Bell notes, “the protagonist (The Industrialist) is the incarnation of all industries in the form of an automaton. The mechanical, technological, and scientific advances through the industrial age led to the creation of The Industrialist. In the story, the automaton becomes sentient as it collects memories with each passing day. Through observation and learning, it gains the will to exist. What was meant to help man, will eventually be man’s demise.
The Industrialist again pairs FEAR FACTORY with producer Rhys Fulber. Mixed by Greg Reely (Paradise Lost/Skinny Puppy), with additional tracking by Logan Mader (Gojira/Divine Heresy), the album is the second written by Bell and guitarist Dino Cazares since reuniting in 2009 after a seven year split. Cazares says, “collaborating with Burton again on the new album was like magic. Everything just fell into place naturally. It felt good to recapture the true sound of FEAR FACTORY, taking it back to where it all started while raising it to new levels.” Regarding Fulber Cazares notes, “Rhys has been our secret member,” shares Cazares. “He is the one producer who has been able to understand what we have been trying to accomplish from the beginning and has opened our eyes to new things without sacrificing our original sound. His production and keyboard talents has made FEAR FACTORY stand out amongst the many bands of our genre.”
The Industrialist follows the 2010 release of Mechanize. Widely regarded, the album was the first release from FEAR FACTORY in six years. Mechanize debuted on Billboard’s Top 100 album chart week of release and topped CMJ’s Loud Rock radio chart as programmers embraced the band’s triumphant return. Sirus XM and Headbangers Ball’s host Jose Mangin noted, “after Mechanize dominated 2010 as Liquid Metal’s Album Of The Year, North America is chompin’ at the bit to get an ear full of new FEAR FACTORY. I have no doubt that FEAR FACTORY are going to kick our collective asses in 2012.”
